And why they transform us

Off the heals of our reset. rebirth. restore. retreat in Steamboat Springs...and driving home I was reminded of something...women coming together to share space and energy is POWERFUL.

We went into the heart...we nourished the soul...we rested...we shared bonds of our stories...and we existed together.

These retreats are WHY I do this. I don't do it to make money. I do it to share with others on a journey a way to find healing and growth within themselves. We show up to learn and end up finding that we learn together, through shared experiences, through pausing, through...taking a deep breath.

None of these women knew each other, and they left with deep friendships...something I so love watching form in a short amount of time...these are the relationships that carry us through the hard times.

So...why go on a retreat with me?

1. I've lead 13 of them in the last 8 years...as small as 4 to as large as 20. Local to colorado and international. I know what you need on each retreat as they are all different.

2. Women coming together is powerful. No matter how small or big...these retreat remind us WHY we need each other and why the collective is so much more powerful than the individual.

3. We only grow through challenge...retreats force you to do things differently. In such a beautiful way.

4. our next retreat is in El Salvador...and this retreat is all about the wanderers heart...so many of us women have this curiosity to see the world...to wander...and to be free. This retreat in May 2026 is all about that. Come join me.
